Cybernetica is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Digital Identity Technologies department. We provide customers with identity management, onboarding, secure digital identification and electronic signature solutions. We conduct research, develop software, analysis, and advise our clients in different aspects related to digital identity.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to determine customer needs and tailoring the offering accordingly
Researching continuously the market and competition
Participating in writing bids for tenders, reports and other documents as needed
Assisting necessary parties with the sales process
Handling customer inquiries, orders and agreements
Keeping CRM data accurate and updated
Previous experience in B2B sales and/or account management in the ICT industry
Experience in sales documentation management
Excellent Estonian and English language skills
Analytical and systematic thinking
Ability to work independently, fast adaptability
Good cooperation and communication skills
Knowledge and experience with digital identity or e-government solutions
Previous experience in international customer service or bid management
Tech savvy profile
