Cybernetica Unified eXchange Platform (UXP) is a product that creates secure connectivity between organizations, such as government institutions or private companies. UXP-based solutions are deployed in Estonia and Finland as well as Japan, Ukraine, Bahamas and Tunisia with many pilots in progress.
We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Data Exchange Technologies Department. You will be working on Cybernetica's Unified eXchange Platform (UXP - https://cyber.ee/products/secure-data-exchange) โ a fundamental technology for digital government that creates secure connectivity between organizations. Such secure interoperability solutions are already deployed in Estonia, Finland, Ukraine, Benin, Malaysia, Tunisia, Namibia among others.
You will join an existing product team with years of knowledge and experience, including another analyst.
Gather, document and organize product requirements.
Work with product manager, customers and the rest of the development team to design solutions for problems at hand.
Create product specifications (use cases, acceptance criteria, flowcharts).
Design UI mockups, assist developers in UI design questions. Be an advocate of product usability.
Present both planned and implemented work of development team to internal and external stakeholders.
Write and keep up to date end user documentation.
Understand what problems the product solves for its customers and users.
Notice and suggest areas of improvement for the product.
Experience in a position where your responsibilities overlapped with the main responsibilities of the offered position (e.g., system/business analyst, product owner, UX designer).
Understanding of software development process.
Ability to dig into technical details.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative.
Strong teamwork and social skills.
Very good spoken and written English and Estonian.
Experience with working in cross-functional team with own product.
Experience with e-government solutions.
Experience with programming.
