Cybernetica’s Unified eXchange Platform (UXP) enables secure, scalable and sovereign data exchange for governments and institutions internationally. UXP is not just a product, it is digital public infrastructure.
We are looking for a Product & Engineering Manager to lead the continued evolution of UXP and guide the engineering team delivering it.
In this role, you will align customer needs, commercial sustainability and engineering excellence into a coherent product direction. You will work closely with experienced engineers, architects and other team members, enabling them to take strong ownership of technical decisions while ensuring alignment with product strategy and long-term platform sustainability.
This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for a platform empowering national digital ecosystems.
Your main responsibilities will be to
Define and own the long-term vision and roadmap of UXP
Align product strategy with customer needs and commercial sustainability
Lead and support the UXP engineering team in delivering reliable and high-quality platform capabilities
Create the conditions for strong technical ownership within the engineering team
Translate strategic objectives into clear and predictable delivery
Foster strong collaboration between Product Engineering team and other teams within the department
Take overall accountability for product outcomes and continuous improvement
As a successful candidate, you must have
At least 3 years of previous experience leading complex software products or platforms
Strong background in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership
Ability to connect product vision with engineering execution
Experience guiding delivery in cross-functional teams
Strong customer and market awareness in technology-driven environments
Strategic decision-making and clear communication skills
Experience working in international environments
You will stand out by having experience
with public-sector or regulated environments
managing both product and engineering teams
in building scalable, high-performance systems
in contributing to commercially sustainable product growth
