We are looking for a E-Governance Sales Specialist to join the Data Exchange Technologies department. Your main tasks will be to expand Cybernetica's footprint by driving B2G sales and nurturing public sector partnerships.
Lead complex sales processes, from discovering opportunities to negotiating multi-year contracts.
Showcase Estonia’s digital solutions (e-ID, e‑voting, X‑Road), while understanding they require localized cultural adaptation and cannot be copied one-to-one.
Champion local-tailored approaches: guide clients through tailoring Estonian models to their legal, institutional, and cultural environments.
Manage tenders and RFPs, crafting persuasive proposals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and legal teams to ensure offering of client-centric solutions.
2-3 years of B2G sales experience, ideally in e‑governance, digital identity, cyber, or ICT.
Good understanding of government procurement processes and multi-stakeholder environments.
Knowledge of Estonia’s digital ecosystem (X‑Road, e‑ID, e‑voting) combined with a flexible mindset to adapt solutions thoughtfully to local contexts.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, independent work ethic and experience in international markets.
Fluent English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.
