We are seeking a DevOps Team Lead to join our Data Exchange Technologoies Department and lead the team responsible for delivering, operating, and advancing UXP and other critical e-Governance solutions used internationally.
Manage day-to-day operations and leading of the deployment team (Total of 5 members)

Configure & administer development and testing environments along with implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Design and document processes, configurations, and system architecture for customer installations
Support external clients (handling tickets, conducting root cause analysis, providing issue tracking, co-operate with support team)
Deploying, installing, configuring and, maintaining UXP and X-Road software for client installations
Provide technical insight into the compilation of sales and marketing materials
Hiring new team members as needed, onboarding them
Collaborate with other teams inside and outside of the Department
At least 3 years of previous experience as a DevOps Engineer
Solid experience with Linux and scripting with good understanding of networking
Practical experience with configuration management tools (such as Ansible, Salt or others)
Experience with virtualization and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
Ability to think critically, demonstrate leadership, take initiative and ask “why?”
Good organizational skills with ability to manage tasks without close supervision
Very good spoken and written English
Ability to work both in a team and independently, to document your work and to be able to successfully communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Practical experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Knowledge or practical experience with X-Road technology
Having a general understanding of main principles of cybersecurity and public key infrastructure
Previous leadership experience
