Looking for a new kind of recruitment challenge — like figuring out how to hire cybersecurity experts, deep-tech product managers, or researchers into mission critical products? Have the usual "we're hiring a Java developer" projects lost their spark for you? If you have the experience to step into a role where you own the entire end-to-end recruitment process — from mapping business needs all the way to signing the contract — and you want your work to serve a bigger purpose than just closing open positions, we'd love to talk.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to do exactly that, and to shape our recruitment function as a whole.
Own the quality and timeliness of our recruitment service and lead recruitment-related projects
Continue to develop and roll out the organisation's recruitment principles, and standardise and optimise our processes
Map business needs together with business leaders and analyse resourcing and competency requirements, acting as their recruitment partner
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, channel effectiveness, candidate drop-off), report regularly, and turn insights into improvements
Bring in digital tools and automation to make recruitment more efficient
Lead targeted sourcing across channels — LinkedIn, specialised networks, universities, partners, and more
Coordinate job postings in line with our brand and business needs, and manage application data in compliance with legal and data protection requirements
Run interviews end to end — assessing candidate fit, coordinating feedback, and handling background checks and screening calls where needed
Own the offer stage as an active partner to the hiring manager, coordinating necessary approvals
Support candidates through immigration-related matters
Help shape and deliver our employer branding strategy together with the marketing team, and represent the company at career and recruitment events as needed
Lead the organisation of our internship programme
A Bachelor's degree or higher (business, management, psychology, or HR)
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferrably in the tech or financial sector and internationally
Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional networks), and structured/competency-based interviewing
Setting KPIs and working with data (Excel), a good grasp of employer branding, and good negotiation skills
Fluency in Estonian and English
Possibility to improve your skills in a smart and supporting team
Flexible working arrangements
Mental and physical health benefits, such as health days, health Insurance, sports allowance, massage
Budget for work-related conferences or trainings of your own choice
Private office space in Tartu or Tallinn

We value an atmosphere of learning, collaboration and proactive problem solving, paying great attention also to work-life balance.
