work with tools to create and manage Virtual Machines (Nix, Qemu, Kubernetes)
document your work, so others understand what you created
work with and learn from a team of experts in various privacy-preserving technologies
lead a team of Software Engineers to implement your ideas
participate in ~quarterly team events in Estonia
proficient knowledge of software architecture design involving cryptographic solutions
experience with a low-level programming language (C++, Rust, Zig, D, ...)
patience to handle frustration due to arcane errors and readiness to tackle the problem from multiple angles
readiness to work independently
interest and willingness to constantly learn new tools and technologies
consistency to identify technical issues and discuss them with the team
