We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity services team.

You will work closely with our clients to assess and validate their security posture, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements that bring their infrastructure in line with industry best practices, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of your tasks day-to-day while collaborating with other team members on larger engagements.

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Communicating with clients and presenting findings and recommendations on various cybersecurity-related topics

  • Writing and updating technical documentation

  • Contributing to the planning and design of security architectures for client systems and applications

  • Developing and testing security methodologies and tools

  • Performing security testing and assessments in compliance with standards and security requirements

  • Providing security risk analysis for client systems and applications

As a successful candidate, you must have

  • 2+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field (e.g. as a Security Engineer, Penetration Tester, System Administrator or similar)

  • Excellent organizational, planning and writing skills

  • Very good written and spoken skills in Estonian and English

  • A high level of responsibility and a systematic approach to your work

You will stand out by having any of the following:

  • Experience in penetration testing/red teaming

  • Experience in auditing (ISO, E-ITS etc.)

  • Experience with cybersecurity sales

  • Relevant higher education or information security certifications

  • Recognized contributions to the cybersecurity community (bug bounties, CVEs, open-source work, etc.)
