We are looking for Operational Quality Manager who implements and manages our quality management system (ISO 9001 and 27001). You will lead the company's quality efforts and provide support for organisational development challenges. In this role you work closely with company’s management team and need to communicate with different sub-units to elaborate operational improvement activities.

Note: This is organisational support services role, not a technical role of software quality assurance or information security.
Ensure the compliance and functioning of the quality management system according to the standards (ISO)
Support our inner process leaders and guiding their organisation of work
Plan and ensure the implementation of internal and external audits (project-specific and organisational)
Analyse the implementation of possible new certificates
Keep operational instructions and guidelines up-to-date
Organise internal seminars for specific roles (e.g. software testers)
Coordinate different developmental activities of the organisation (as required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision conditions, willingness to take initiative
Adaptable and flexible nature, multitasking skills
Attention to detail, responsible and systematic approach
Very good communication and presentation skills
Very good spoken and written Estonian and English skills
Higher education (Bachelor's degree)
Previous experience working with or understanding of quality compliance procedures and standards (especially ISO)
General understanding of software development process or previous experience working in the IT/technology sector
