Cybernetica is looking for a Systems Analyst for different cybersecurity product development & R&D related projects. Our cybersecurity department aims to secure organisations from threats in cyberspace.
Your main responsibilities will be to
Work with different product development teams to design solutions based on desired outcomes
Map existing business processes and system designs
Be ready to critically examine any feature request to determine if it creates value
Validate that solutions meet functional and system requirements
Develop test plans and scripts for QA of proposed solutions
Create and maintain user documentation
Collaborate with international consortiums on research deliverables/tasks
Deliver information in both documentation and presentation formats
Communicate with internal and external partners
As a successful candidate, you must have
3+ years of experience as a systems analyst
Ability to learn fast and adapt well to new technical challenges in R&D projects
Skills to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between two
Excellent written and presentation skills
Working knowledge of UML, BPMN (or similar)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good spoken and written English and ideally Estonian language
You will stand out by having any of the following:
Knowledge about cybersecurity
Experience or knowledge in defense, national security, or critical infrastructure domains
Experience working on R&D projects and defense innovation initiatives
Experience with prototyping tools (user story, Figma)
