We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our surveillance, navigation and radio communication team. We are developing our own software and hardware products and delivering complex mission-critical systems for vessel traffic management and border protection. Our customer base is really around the world making major sites in Indonesia, Malaysia, Northern Africa and Gulf-region complementing the numerous installations in Europe.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing documentation for international public procurements, as well as coordinating with technical teams to ensure the smooth and timely submission of tender bids.
Prepare and draft documentation for international public procurements and tender bids
Coordinate the tender submission process, including task allocation to ensure accurate and timely submissions
Manage the administrative aspects of tender bids
Translate tender-related documents (using various translation tools) to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
Regularly monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities
Enter and update tender information in the CRM system
Previous experience with international public procurements and tender bid preparation and document writing
Excellent formal writing skills in both Estonian and in English
Strong analytical and systematic thinking
An appreciation for routine and detail-oriented tasks
The ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Good cooperation and communication skills
Interest in the maritime and surveillance industry
Multilingual capabilities, with French considered a significant advantage
A background in law or experience in working with legal documents (juridical literacy)
