Cybernetica is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Digital Identity Technologies department. We provide customers with identity management, onboarding, secure digital identification and electronic signature solutions. We conduct research, develop software, analysis, and advise our clients in different aspects related to digital identity. You will get a chance to be part of developing our ongoing and new projects in the Digital Identity space.
Your main goal as a project manager will be to ensure smooth and systematic planning and managing of software development projects and other digital identity related projects from start to end. You will be working together with a team of smart, competent and highly skilled specialists who are the best in their field.
Planning and managing software development and consultancy projects
Ensuring regular progress of the project and deliveries according to the agreed schedule
Managing the project team
Planning and managing expectations and changes in an ongoing project
Managing the relationship with the customer, communicating with the customer and identifying customer needs
Preparing project documentation and bids for tenders
At least 3 years of experience in managing software development projects
Previous customer relationship management experience
High level of responsibility and systematic approach to your work
Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skill
Higher education
Excellent command of Estonian and English in speaking and writing
A certified project manager with either PRINCE2, PMP-ACP, or PMP is an advantage
