Cybernetica is looking for a Project Manager to join our Data eXchange Technologies Department, which is one of the 6 departments of Cybernetica. Our business and organizational goals are to set up e-Government solutions across the globe, offering wins and added value for citizens of the countries where we operate. Open up new customer segments (private sector customers, development of e-Services/Government portal(s), domain-specific interoperability - eHealth, banking sector, ...) and provide not only technology, but be able to offer a full e-Governance solution that consists of technology, strategical planning, advisory services, sharing e-Estonian experience, etc.
Unified eXchange Platform (UXP) is a product that creates secure connectivity between organizations, such as government institutions or private companies. Project-based sales and development work, preparing offers
Project deliveries according to the schedule and budget
Writing reports and keeping the project documentation up-to-date
Communication with internal and external partners
Participating in negotiation with the customers, managing customers’ expectations
Leading the project team, organising their work
At least 5 years experience with leading complex IT projects
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, MS Office suite, Jira or similar)
Very good command of English and Estonian; knowledge of French, Ukrainian, Spanish or Portuguese is a big plus
Previous experience with X-Road and/or working together with RIA or other Estonian governmental institutions is a big plus
Caring and empathetic attitude toward the team
Good communication skills
Physical presence in Estonia (Tallinn or Tartu)
