Join our cybersecurity team and help lead a complex, internationally funded development program where technology, people, and operational excellence come together.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of product development across multiple parallel projects and funding streams.

Your main responsibilities will be to

  • Manage 3โ€“4 parallel product development projects and maintain visibility over their commitments, milestones, timelines, and budgets

  • Prepare periodic funder reports and coordinate milestone delivery documentation

  • Ensure that project-related documentation meets funder expectations and compliance requirements

  • Act as the administrative manager for product team engineers and technical leads, supporting their day-to-day operations

  • Create, assign, and prioritize project-driven tasks in collaboration with technical leads and the Product Manager

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of development activities through planning sessions, retrospectives, progress tracking, and early risk escalation

As a successful candidate, you must have

  • Previous experience managing multiple projects in a technology or product development environment

  • Experience with funder reporting, milestone tracking, and budget management

  • Sufficient technical literacy to understand the product development context and collaborate effectively with engineers and technical leads

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Estonian and English

  • A structured and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership

You will stand out by having any of the following:

  • Experience working with multiple funding sources or international development projects

  • Previous experience in cybersecurity or strong interest

  • Ability to balance technical, operational, and people management priorities
