We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to help in the preparation and management of national and international public procurements, tenders and research proposals.
Maintain the calendar of open public procurements and international calls for project funding
Collect necessary documentation for submission of international public procurements, tenders and project proposals and maintain these materials to expedite future applications
Keep the information of the Institute's research publications up-to-date and help maintain templates and supporting documentation required for submission of bids and proposals
Help to facilitate the proposal/tendering process such as by doing research about different funding calls, identifying relevant information sessions and ensuring that Cybernetica has a presence in these meetings
Help to track data regarding submitted tenders/proposals, information about funding sources and potential partners
Assist in communicating funding opportunities to Cybernetica staff
Enter and update tender information in the CRM system
Help provide project management support or other administrative tasks of the Institute if needed
Previous experience with international public procurements and tender bid preparation, submission of project proposals or management of projects
At least a Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant experience
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to learn and work with multiple relevant software applications (Pipedrive, Kaila, Microsoft Office etc.)
Good formal writing skills in both Estonian and in English
Good cooperation and communication skills
Experience working with international R&D projects
A background in basic accounting or an understanding of the financial side of proposal budgeting
